Meep Moop announces new intimate show for the fans

Multi-instrumentalist Meep Moop is a Toronto based musician, but her roots go all the way back to the Caribbean. Meep Moop is constantly changing her style, playing in a variety of genres including rock, jazz and even film music. Her musical abilities are expressed no matter what style of music she plays — she plays guitar, piano, alto saxophone, ukulele and drums as well as singing too.

Meep Moop’s name is not the only eccentric thing about her music. She expresses a desire to share quality musical content with her fans whilst retaining a “side of quirky buffoonery”. Her covers of well-liked songs have gained popularity across her social media channels, including her YouTube channel which currently stands at over 170,000 views.

This authentic and grounded approach to music creates a personal experience every time you watch one of Meep Moop’s videos — almost like she is playing to you directly. But, Meep Moop is not completely limited to playing cover songs — she also has a range of her own original songs. Meep Moop also has many of her original songs recorded on her YouTube channel, such as ‘Maybe’ and ‘Change Your Mind’. These are more striped back, using acoustic instruments and loop pedals to highlight her soft voice.
